This one is made with thee Penny KiSS file I downloaded a while back.
It allowed me to make some 'art' while being unable to draw myself out of a wet paper bag :ashamed:.
Chose this hairstyle because I don't think I've ever seen Penny with braids before and I think it looks cute on her.
And yes, there are just her bare feet in those shoes.
Use it however you like, unless it's for erotca and/or porn and/or gore.

the old penny, i like the new penny in "gadget and the Gadgetinis" more than this one, but there is not he dog.

I love it! Great lineart and shading.
Too bad about the jpeg artefacts: this type of files should realy be saved as .gif or .png, not jpg!

They do - nice to see her dressed in something more elegant/feminine and less tomboyish for a change.
About the artefacts - if you can only save it as a jpg, doesn't the program let you choose the quality? It now looks worse than mspaint's default jpg setting (which is pretty bad already)...
